Gift Wrap
We offer a professional giftwrap service to complement your pen or leather journal. Simply check the giftwrap option on the product page before you add to basket (a charge of £2.75 will be added).
We use a premium silver giftwrap paper with a subtle two-tone patterned effect, and a hand tied silver ribbon. We also include a matching gift tag, which can be appended with a message of your choice. Simply add your message to the text box when you reach your basket. Items are giftwrapped individually i.e. if you order several items only the specific item requested will be wrapped.
We do not include any paperwork inside the giftwrapped item. If you select a different delivery name to your billing details, we add a gift receipt which hides all prices.

Rapid, simple filling using an innovative spring loaded piston. The TWSBI GO’s demonstrator style transparent body allows you to see the distinctive mechanism and remaining ink levels. To use, unscrew the barrel, place the nib into your favourite ink and push down on the piston; the spring will quickly push the piston back up speeding up both filling and cleaning time. The lightweight plastic barrel has been faceted to stop the pen from rolling off the table and in the absence of the traditional pocket clip, a small loop is provided to attach your pen to a key ring or lanyard. An ingenious piston fill fountain pen at a budget conscious price.
All TWSBI fountain pens can be disassembled for cleaning and maintenance. TWSBI includes the tools to do so, but recommend this is only carried out by experienced fountain pen users. This should only be carried out as part of long term servicing of the pen; it will not need to be done straight away. All disassembly is carried out at the owners risk!

It was as expected. Very easy to fill and because I got a thick nib, I love how much ink it puts down on the paper. It's my favourite pen so far!

The pen has a large ink capacity so lasts longer than conventional types with cartridges or converters between refills, the extra fine nib is smooth and well suited to left handers. It lays down the ink quite liberally but had no smudge issues with the black Parker Quink I had laying around. All in all it is quite a durable pen and well suited to everyday use, would recommend.

Slightly messy with the click-on nib protector, which tends to fling ink around either with the capping or uncapping. TWSBI would have done better to put a screw capping on this entry-level pen also.

UK: We use a Royal Mail tracked service. Standard delivery is free (£2 charge for orders under £10) and takes 2 to 5 working days, Premium is £3 and takes 1 to 2 working days. Next working day is £6 and is delivered by 4pm (requires a signature).
International: We deliver worldwide with a standard and express service. Please visit our international website
Returns Information
Please return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange/refund. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item. TWSBI was named for the Chinese phrase “San Wen Tong” (Hall of Three Cultures). These initials were reversed (TWS) and "Bi" added (literally meaning writing instrument) to create the TWSBI name
