Gift Wrap
We offer a professional giftwrap service to complement your pen or leather journal. Simply check the giftwrap option on the product page before you add to basket (a charge of £2.75 will be added).
We use a premium silver giftwrap paper with a subtle two-tone patterned effect, and a hand tied silver ribbon. We also include a matching gift tag, which can be appended with a message of your choice. Simply add your message to the text box when you reach your basket. Items are giftwrapped individually i.e. if you order several items only the specific item requested will be wrapped.
We do not include any paperwork inside the giftwrapped item. If you select a different delivery name to your billing details, we add a gift receipt which hides all prices.

How does it work?
We use a state of the art laser engraving machine which gently etches away the top layer of the pen to reveal the base metal underneath.
The colour of engraving depends on the base metal underneath. Lacquered pens tend to engrave with a brass finish, whilst chrome pens with a subtle two tone effect (check preview on every product page). We also offer 3 font choices;
What can I engrave?
We can engrave any letter, number or character that can entered from a standard computer keyboard, in any language. This includes English, Arabic, Hebrew, Greek, Cyrillic etc.
We can engrave UTF8 symbols. Either choose from our list or copy and paste your own.
Each pen has a limit to the amount of characters we can engrave due to its size and curvature. Look out for the character limit on each product page. If you cant quite fit your message with the allowable characters, please call us and we will see what we can do.

How much does engraving cost?
All individual pens cost £7, and pen sets cost £10 (both pens are engraved with the same message)
Will engraving delay my order?
No. Because we engrave in-house, all orders placed before 3pm are despatched the same day.

UK: We use a Royal Mail tracked service. Standard delivery is free (£2 charge for orders under £10) and takes 2 to 5 working days, Premium is £3 and takes 1 to 2 working days. Next working day is £6 and is delivered by 4pm (requires a signature).
International: We deliver worldwide with a standard and express service. Please visit our international website
Returns Information
Please return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange/refund. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item. I've had this same pen since I was in high school some 25 years ago. Every 10 years or so I loose it and have to replace it; time was Parker was sold at the local office supply store. Now I have to order it online.

Really nice quality pen and the famous 'parker click'. For the price its all metal, premium feel and slim enough for a shirt pen pocket or clip onto any jotter. For me the stainless steel finish is thr most practical as I use this pen everyday for work, so there's no paint coating to chip.

For me, it's the best pen in the world. It has a fluid writing, it is metallic, the refills are replaceable causing a much smaller environmental impact than the others, it makes no noise when writing and fits well by hand. Nice pen BUT if getting engraving done then watch out! The 'engraving' you get is not what normal people would class as engraving - while I was assured by Pen Heaven that it technically counts as engraving it actually looks more like they've just transferred the wording onto the pen.
