Gift Wrap
We offer a professional giftwrap service to complement your pen or leather journal. Simply check the giftwrap option on the product page before you add to basket (a charge of £3.25 will be added).
We use a premium silver giftwrap paper with a subtle two-tone patterned effect, and a hand tied silver ribbon. We also include a matching gift tag, which can be appended with a message of your choice. Simply add your message to the text box when you reach your basket. Items are giftwrapped individually i.e. if you order several items only the specific item requested will be wrapped.
We do not include any paperwork inside the giftwrapped item. If you select a different delivery name to your billing details, we add a gift receipt which hides all prices.

The beautiful pen I brought as a gift & as my daughter in law signs documents the ink has to be black but the pen wrote in blue. Easy to swap over. Writes lovely.

All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are despatched the same day (except on a bank holiday), even if your order has personalisation. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched next working day.
UK: We use a Royal Mail tracked service. Standard delivery is free over £30 (£2.50 charge for orders under £30) and takes 2 to 5 working days, Premium is £3.50 and takes 1 to 2 working days. Next working day is £6.95 and is delivered by 4pm (requires a signature).
International: We deliver worldwide with a standard and express service. Please visit our international website
Returns Information
Please return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange/refund. Items purchased for Christmas can be returned up until Friday 23rd January. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item. Call 0208 731 8610 or email info@penheaven.co.uk. If a faulty or incorrect item is returned, we will refund your postage up to the cost of 1st class recorded Royal Mail. If you are sending items from abroad, please call us for a delivery quote

Cannot really comment as the pen is still gift-wrapped for Xmas. However, I'm confident that it will up to Parkers usual excellence and the engraved name will be perfect.
It's a pity that the gift label is addressed to Mr J Burgess from JOHN instead of to the name on the pen!

Nice pen BUT if getting engraving done then watch out! The 'engraving' you get is not what normal people would class as engraving - while I was assured by Pen Heaven that it technically counts as engraving it actually looks more like they've just transferred the wording onto the pen.
