Gift Wrap
We offer a professional giftwrap service to complement your pen or leather journal. Simply check the giftwrap option on the product page before you add to basket (a charge of £3.25 will be added).
We use a premium silver giftwrap paper with a subtle two-tone patterned effect, and a hand tied silver ribbon. We also include a matching gift tag, which can be appended with a message of your choice. Simply add your message to the text box when you reach your basket. Items are giftwrapped individually i.e. if you order several items only the specific item requested will be wrapped.
We do not include any paperwork inside the giftwrapped item. If you select a different delivery name to your billing details, we add a gift receipt which hides all prices.

How does it work?
We use a state of the art laser engraving machine which gently etches away the top layer of the pen to reveal the base metal underneath.
The colour of engraving depends on the base metal underneath. Lacquered pens tend to engrave with a brass finish, whilst chrome pens with a subtle two tone effect (check preview on every product page). We also offer 3 font choices;
What can I engrave?
We can engrave any letter, number or character that can entered from a standard computer keyboard, in any language. This includes English, Arabic, Hebrew, Greek, Cyrillic etc.
We can engrave UTF8 symbols. Either choose from our list or copy and paste your own.
Each pen has a limit to the amount of characters we can engrave due to its size and curvature. Look out for the character limit on each product page. If you cant quite fit your message with the allowable characters, please call us and we will see what we can do.

How much does engraving cost?
All individual pens cost £7, and pen sets cost £10 (both pens are engraved with the same message)
Will engraving delay my order?
No. Because we engrave in-house, all orders placed before 3pm are despatched the same day.
Can you Engrave Logos?
Yes - generally our minimum order value is £250. Please call us for a quote on 0208 731 8610.
Nib size guide
- Subtle nib & line variances between nib sizes
- MI (medium italic) & BI (broad italic) cut as stub nibs
- MO (medium oblique) recommended for left handers
- Can require priming: Squeeze the ink cartridge to allow some ink through the nib and feed. This will help you get started.

Pulchritudinous Bought this for a gift form my niece very nice pen engraved with her name on it as she wanted a nice pen to write with in her diary price was good for this rarer type jotter pen from parker and ink refills always available engraving was a bit pricey and not as described on preview name was good but heart design showed red but was in aluminium color from the metal underneath postage was super fast from England to country Western Australia overall was a pleasant buying experience very happy with this pen shop and staff i would highly recommend pen heaven THANK U VERY MUCH

The pen was received well by my niece she loves it so unusual but very pretty and works well.
The engraving was done well and customer service (because I spelt my Nieces name incorrectly and messaged the company to correct it),

I absolutely love my new Parker pen. It has the same distinct Parker Jotter feel with the classic click action that I know and love. I write all day every day and have tried many pens over the years, and by far the Parker jotter pens are my favourite. This one has a beautiful design that adds something special to my collection. I just wanted to add that I am in Canada and the order process was so simple and delivery was way faster than I had expected. I will definitely be ordering again.
Delivery Information
All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are despatched the same day (except on a bank holiday), even if your order has personalisation. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched next working day.
Christmas Delivery Dates: Order by 3pm on following dates to receive your package in time; Dec 19th for Standard & Premium Tracked, Dec 23rd for Special/Next Day.
UK: We use a Royal Mail tracked service. Standard delivery is free over £30 (£2.50 charge for orders under £30) and takes 2 to 5 working days, Premium is £3.50 and takes 1 to 2 working days. Next working day is £6.95 and is delivered by 4pm (requires a signature).
International: We deliver worldwide with a standard and express service. Please visit our international website
Returns Information
Please return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange/refund. Items purchased for Christmas can be returned up until Friday 23rd January. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item. Call 0208 731 8610 or email info@penheaven.co.uk. If a faulty or incorrect item is returned, we will refund your postage up to the cost of 1st class recorded Royal Mail. If you are sending items from abroad, please call us for a delivery quote
