Gift Wrap
We offer a professional giftwrap service to complement your pen or leather journal. Simply check the giftwrap option on the product page before you add to basket (a charge of £2.75 will be added).
We use a premium silver giftwrap paper with a subtle two-tone patterned effect, and a hand tied silver ribbon. We also include a matching gift tag, which can be appended with a message of your choice. Simply add your message to the text box when you reach your basket. Items are giftwrapped individually i.e. if you order several items only the specific item requested will be wrapped.
We do not include any paperwork inside the giftwrapped item. If you select a different delivery name to your billing details, we add a gift receipt which hides all prices.

The barrel reaches an impressive 15mm at the barrel's widest point, making it ideal for people with larger hands, although for its size the pen has a surprisingly manageable weight. No less impressive is the appearance, a retro tortoiseshell-effect finish made from hand-turned Italian resin. Featuring a durable iridium tipped nib embellished with gold plate highlights, the Mento fountain pen is no less practical than it is beautiful. A little bit of luxury that you can use every day.

A beautiful pen to hold and write with. Laban offer great Mento colours, in addition to tortoise shell, which I hope Pen Heaven will soon be offering.

Been using it a week with waterman ink, and the fine nib does exactly what I need it to. This is a great pen with plenty of online reviews, but only Pen Heaven had it in tortoiseshells with the option of a fine nib. Bravo, Pen Heaven!
Delivery Information
All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are despatched the same day (except on a bank holiday), even if your order has personalisation. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched next working day.
UK: We use a Royal Mail tracked service. Standard delivery is free (£2 charge for orders under £10) and takes 2 to 5 working days, Premium is £3 and takes 1 to 2 working days. Next working day is £6 and is delivered by 4pm (requires a signature).
International: We deliver worldwide with a standard and express service. Please visit our international website
Returns Information
Please return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange/refund. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item. Call 0208 731 8610 or email info@penheaven.co.uk. If a faulty or incorrect item is returned, we will refund your postage up to the cost of 1st class recorded Royal Mail.
