We offer a professional giftwrap service to complement your pen or leather journal. Simply check the giftwrap option on the product page before you add to basket (a charge of £3.25 will be added).
We use a premium silver giftwrap paper with a subtle two-tone patterned effect, and a hand tied silver ribbon. We also include a matching gift tag, which can be appended with a message of your choice. Simply add your message to the text box when you reach your basket. Items are giftwrapped individually i.e. if you order several items only the specific item requested will be wrapped.
We do not include any paperwork inside the giftwrapped item. If you select a different delivery name to your billing details, we add a gift receipt which hides all prices.

Dedicated to the iconic Columbia space shuttle, the first NASA orbiter to reach space, this limited edition Tornado Rollerball Pen pays tribute to the scientific achievements of the many whom flew onboard. Printed with graphics that emulate the shuttle’s design, the pen is completed with the NASA logo and black trim. Limited to a run of 1958 pieces (the year NASA was founded), the twist top finial features the pens individual serial number and the Astronaut Scholarship Fund (ASF) logo. For each Retro 51 Tornado Columbia Space Shuttle Rollerball Pen purchased, a donation is made to the ASF to help inspire the next generation of astronauts, explorers and scientists. Utilising a capless rollerball refill the Tornado rollerball pen glides effortlessly across the page, whilst the twist action cap has knurled detailing for additional grip. Delivery Information
All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are despatched the same day (except on a bank holiday), even if your order has personalisation. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched next working day.
UK: We use a Royal Mail tracked service. Standard delivery is free over £30 (£2.50 charge for orders under £30) and takes 2 to 5 working days, Premium is £3.50 and takes 1 to 2 working days. Next working day is £6.95 and is delivered by 4pm (requires a signature).
International: We deliver worldwide with a standard and express service. Please visit our international website
Returns Information
Please return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange/refund. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item. Call 0208 731 8610 or email info@penheaven.co.uk. If a faulty or incorrect item is returned, we will refund your postage up to the cost of 1st class recorded Royal Mail.
