The first Pelikan fountain pen was launched in 1929. It features the green barrel, transparent ink window and piston fill mechanism which are still evident in many Pelikan pens to this day

Inspired by the tranquillity of traditional stone gardens, this special edition Souverän ballpoint pen feels rather distinuished. Elegant dark blue lacquer is matched with a marble effect cap composed of brown, blue and gold hues, each with a slight iridescent quality. Finished with gleaming 24k gold plated trim, the pen has a refined and composed feel, helping bring calm and serenity to the user. A true classic of the pen world, the Souverän is famed for its unique lacquer finishes and Pelikan’s attention to detail, with their iconic clip, logo detailing on the cap and easy to use twist mechanism. The Souverän was originally launched in 1950 as the 400 range, and renamed the Souverän in the 1980s, quickly becoming Pelikan’s flagship collection. The K800’s substantial size and distinctive broad profile suits larger hands.
