Gift Wrap
We offer a professional giftwrap service to complement your pen or leather journal. Simply check the giftwrap option on the product page before you add to basket (a charge of £3.25 will be added).
We use a premium silver giftwrap paper with a subtle two-tone patterned effect, and a hand tied silver ribbon. We also include a matching gift tag, which can be appended with a message of your choice. Simply add your message to the text box when you reach your basket. Items are giftwrapped individually i.e. if you order several items only the specific item requested will be wrapped.
We do not include any paperwork inside the giftwrapped item. If you select a different delivery name to your billing details, we add a gift receipt which hides all prices.
This converter will allow you to use bottled ink with your LAMY fountain pen as opposed to the more common ink cartridges. Suitable for the following LAMY fountain pen ranges: safari, vista, AL-star, nexx, & joy.
All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are despatched the same day (except on a bank holiday), even if your order has personalisation. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched next working day.
Christmas Delivery Dates: Order by 3pm on following dates to receive your package in time; Dec 19th for Standard & Premium Tracked, Dec 23rd for Special/Next Day.
UK: We use a Royal Mail tracked service. Standard delivery is free over £30 (£2.50 charge for orders under £30) and takes 2 to 5 working days, Premium is £3.50 and takes 1 to 2 working days. Next working day is £6.95 and is delivered by 4pm (requires a signature).
International: We deliver worldwide with a standard and express service. Please visit our international website
Returns Information
Please return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange/refund. Items purchased for Christmas can be returned up until Friday 23rd January. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item. Used this without any difficulties at all. Remarkably easy. Really pleased.
I like that this allows me to load my pen with a smaller quantity of ink than is contained in a refill cartridge and this way I swap around my ink colours faster.
The convertor doesn't appear any smaller than a refill cartridge though, I should mention.
This is not my first time using these convertors. They are great. I have found that they hold up well to being removed and reinserted to the pen also (I refill via nib, not by refilling the convertor directly).
Had a pleasant experience purchasing from Pen Heaven also. Well packaged and arrived promptly. Delivery charges reasonable.

This is a screw converter which pushes easily onto the pen. I would suggest turning the screw quite slowly when filling, especially with thicker inks.

The plunger fits perfectly, no leaks, and does what it says on the tin. Unusually, the plunger is actually a screw and therefore ***** up the ink by twisting the plunger arm as opposed to just pulling the plunger.
