We offer a professional giftwrap service to complement your pen or leather journal. Simply check the giftwrap option on the product page before you add to basket (a charge of £3.25 will be added).
We use a premium silver giftwrap paper with a subtle two-tone patterned effect, and a hand tied silver ribbon. We also include a matching gift tag, which can be appended with a message of your choice. Simply add your message to the text box when you reach your basket. Items are giftwrapped individually i.e. if you order several items only the specific item requested will be wrapped.
We do not include any paperwork inside the giftwrapped item. If you select a different delivery name to your billing details, we add a gift receipt which hides all prices.

Shipping was horrible. The “last mile” carrier you use, SpeedX, is incompetent. They took 3 attempts at delivery and each time they claimed that, either the building was locked or the address is invalid. This is nonsense. Our community center is unlocked until 10:00 PM every day and the Postal Service, UPS, Amazon and Fedex deliver to either the Community Center or to my door with no problems.

This was purchased as a replaced for my favourite old Waterman Carene fountain pen, that was damaged, it's quite expensive but is 18 carat gold so already has intrinsic value. To be honest I was really pleased to find a supplier that sold replacements as the pen has sentimental value, this new nib is perfect & writes just as good as it used too. Very happy!

Delivery was impressively fast.
I bought the nib to replace one that was damaged when I dropped the pen nearly vertically onto a wood floor. The new nib was a bit dry when I first tried it. Some minor tuning and polishing fixed those issues. That was also the case with the original.

Delivery Information
All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are despatched the same day (except on a bank holiday), even if your order has personalisation. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched next working day.
UK: We use a Royal Mail tracked service. Standard delivery is free over £30 (£2.50 charge for orders under £30) and takes 2 to 5 working days, Premium is £3.50 and takes 1 to 2 working days. Next working day is £6.95 and is delivered by 4pm (requires a signature).
International: We deliver worldwide with a standard and express service. Please visit our international website
Returns Information
Please return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange/refund. Items purchased for Christmas can be returned up until Friday 23rd January. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item. Call 0208 731 8610 or email info@penheaven.co.uk. If a faulty or incorrect item is returned, we will refund your postage up to the cost of 1st class recorded Royal Mail.
