Gift Wrap
We offer a professional giftwrap service to complement your pen or leather journal. Simply check the giftwrap option on the product page before you add to basket (a charge of £3.25 will be added).
We use a premium silver giftwrap paper with a subtle two-tone patterned effect, and a hand tied silver ribbon. We also include a matching gift tag, which can be appended with a message of your choice. Simply add your message to the text box when you reach your basket. Items are giftwrapped individually i.e. if you order several items only the specific item requested will be wrapped.
We do not include any paperwork inside the giftwrapped item. If you select a different delivery name to your billing details, we add a gift receipt which hides all prices.

All TWSBI fountain pens can be disassembled for cleaning and maintenance. TWSBI includes the tools to do so, but recommend this is only carried out by experienced fountain pen users. This should only be carried out as part of long term servicing of the pen; it will not need to be done straight away. All disassembly is carried out at the owners risk!

As always the TWSBI Diamond 580 AL does not disappoint, lovely and smooth on a number of papers, I normally use my fountain pens to draw so ink flow consistency is a must, TWSBI are great for this. The colour of this one, R Affogato with Onyx is beautiful. This is my second one in this range so that I can have different colours of ink ready to go. The Diamond 580 AL is my favourite in the TWSBI range, the performance along with the balance of the pen and ease of set up and cleaning simply win all the ticks, I also have 3 Diamond Mini’s, and 2 Eco’s in the TWSBI range. I have a lot of fountain pens to compare my findings to but I wont list that here.

I’ve never written with a pen like this before.it doesn’t scratch the paper,it s very easy to fill and it makes you fall in love with fountain pen and makes you want more

Delivery Information
All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are despatched the same day (except on a bank holiday), even if your order has personalisation. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched next working day.
Christmas Delivery Dates: Order by 3pm on following dates to receive your package in time; Dec 19th for Standard & Premium Tracked, Dec 23rd for Special/Next Day.
UK: We use a Royal Mail tracked service. Standard delivery is free over £30 (£2.50 charge for orders under £30) and takes 2 to 5 working days, Premium is £3.50 and takes 1 to 2 working days. Next working day is £6.95 and is delivered by 4pm (requires a signature).
International: We deliver worldwide with a standard and express service. Please visit our international website
Returns Information
Please return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange/refund. Items purchased for Christmas can be returned up until Friday 23rd January. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item. Call 0208 731 8610 or email info@penheaven.co.uk. If a faulty or incorrect item is returned, we will refund your postage up to the cost of 1st class recorded Royal Mail. If you are sending items from abroad, please call us for a delivery quote
