We use a premium silver giftwrap paper with a subtle two-tone patterned effect, and a hand tied silver ribbon. We also include a matching gift tag, which can be appended with a message of your choice. Simply add your message to the text box when you reach your basket. Items are giftwrapped individually i.e. if you order several items only the specific item requested will be wrapped.
We do not include any paperwork inside the giftwrapped item. If you select a different delivery name to your billing details, we add a gift receipt which hides all prices.

The pen is really nice, takes some getting used to as it is a much finer liner than expected.
the packaging and replacement nibs are amazing. The product tells a full story.
The shipment was delayed because the shipping company did not communicate well but I eventually got the pen and even used it for Urban Sketching.

Lumos is an excellent company I've learned recently. I have a few Lumos fineliners, the idea is excellent - do not throw away a perfect pen, or a refill - and this was my third Lumos. Small details changed such the nib screw and how the cap is sealed - I think it is very close to perfection now.
The matte finish is the best for daily use, at least for me. The look and the feel is perfect.
For the new Lumos, the complete set of nibs is included, from 0.1 (!) to 1.0 mm, brush, chisel tip and felt tip nib. The very fine nibs are great to be used, and easy to change if you want to try something else.
I recommend the 0.3 and 0.5 writing nibs (not included with this pen), if you write a lot, seems to be better.
Using fountain pen inks is a great plus. Normally fineliner refills for fancy brands are only available in black and blue. But with the Lumos you can use your favorite ink color! My current favorite is the Tom's Studio 50ml ink, beautiful colors.
Also, try the Lumos Mini, a nice little pen for your pocket.

I have tried the various Lumos versions, the last one is really perfected in many ways, the nibs (the complete collection is included with pen, plus a bottle of black ink), the threads are perfectly sealing.
This is the perfect fineliner, forget the fancy ones from expensive brands. You can change the nib if you want, from 0.1 to 1.0 mm plus brush, chisel nib and fibre pen like. You can use fountain pen ink, refilling the pen and do not have to throw away the refill.
I recommend the Tom's Studio 50ml bottled ink, beautiful colors and you can express yourself better than the stock fineliner refills. Also work perfectly in fountain pens.
Delivery Information
All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are despatched the same day (except on a bank holiday), even if your order has personalisation. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched next working day.
UK: We use a Royal Mail tracked service. Standard delivery is free (£2 charge for orders under £10) and takes 2 to 5 working days, Premium is £3 and takes 1 to 2 working days. Next working day is £6 and is delivered by 4pm (requires a signature).
International: We deliver worldwide with a standard and express service. Please visit our international website
Returns Information
Please return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange/refund. Items purchased for Christmas can be returned by 13th Jan. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item. Call 0208 731 8610 or email info@penheaven.co.uk. If a faulty or incorrect item is returned, we will refund your postage up to the cost of 1st class recorded Royal Mail.
