Gift Wrap
We offer a professional giftwrap service to complement your pen or leather journal. Simply check the giftwrap option on the product page before you add to basket (a charge of £3.25 will be added).
We use a premium silver giftwrap paper with a subtle two-tone patterned effect, and a hand tied silver ribbon. We also include a matching gift tag, which can be appended with a message of your choice. Simply add your message to the text box when you reach your basket. Items are giftwrapped individually i.e. if you order several items only the specific item requested will be wrapped.
We do not include any paperwork inside the giftwrapped item. If you select a different delivery name to your billing details, we add a gift receipt which hides all prices.

How does it work?
We use a state of the art laser engraving machine which gently etches away the top layer of the pen to reveal the base metal underneath.
The colour of engraving depends on the base metal underneath. Lacquered pens tend to engrave with a brass finish, whilst chrome pens with a subtle two tone effect (check preview on every product page). We also offer 3 font choices;
What can I engrave?
We can engrave any letter, number or character that can entered from a standard computer keyboard, in any language. This includes English, Arabic, Hebrew, Greek, Cyrillic etc.
We can engrave UTF8 symbols. Either choose from our list or copy and paste your own.
Each pen has a limit to the amount of characters we can engrave due to its size and curvature. Look out for the character limit on each product page. If you cant quite fit your message with the allowable characters, please call us and we will see what we can do.

How much does engraving cost?
All individual pens cost £7, and pen sets cost £10 (both pens are engraved with the same message)
Will engraving delay my order?
No. Because we engrave in-house, all orders placed before 3pm are despatched the same day.

Delivery Information
All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are despatched the same day (except on a bank holiday), even if your order has personalisation. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched next working day.
UK: We use a Royal Mail tracked service. Standard delivery is free over £30 (£2.50 charge for orders under £30) and takes 2 to 5 working days, Premium is £3.50 and takes 1 to 2 working days. Next working day is £6.95 and is delivered by 4pm (requires a signature).
International: We deliver worldwide with a standard and express service. Please visit our international website
Returns Information
Please return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange/refund. Items purchased for Christmas can be returned up until Friday 23rd January. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item. Call 0208 731 8610 or email info@penheaven.co.uk. If a faulty or incorrect item is returned, we will refund your postage up to the cost of 1st class recorded Royal Mail. If you are sending items from abroad, please call us for a delivery quote
