Delivery Information

Christmas Delivery: Order by 3pm on following dates to receive your order in time; Standard Tracked Weds 18 Dec, Premium Tracked Fri 20 Dec, Special/Next Working Day Mon 23 Dec

All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are despatched the same day (except on a bank holiday), even if your order has personalisation. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched next working day.

UK: We use a Royal Mail tracked service. Standard delivery is free (£2 charge for orders under £10) and takes 2 to 5 working days, Premium is £3 and takes 1 to 2 working days. Next working day is £6 and is delivered by 4pm (requires a signature).

International: We deliver worldwide with a standard and express service. Please visit our international website

Returns Information

Please return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange/refund. Items purchased for Christmas can be returned by 13th Jan. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item. Call 0208 731 8610 or email info@penheaven.co.uk. If a faulty or incorrect item is returned, we will refund your postage up to the cost of 1st class recorded Royal Mail. I presume that as these are standard Parker roll ball refills they will be as good as usual...I just wish there was more ink in them!

When I start to use it, I have to make a lot of scribbles to get it to start writing and it just doesn't write smoothly what a poor product! scratches paper ? I was let down by these refills ,

Lovely dark black ink. The medium point for my writing needs and lasts for quite some time. I work as a healthcare professional, so i tend to do a lot of writing during the course of my working day.

Just awful. I won't buy these again. They are the ones that are made in France. They are scratchy and the ink just doesn't flow, despite being a medium tip. So I will need to physically find a shop that does the UK made ones.... Really expensive considering that they don't work properly!
