I personally love Parker Pens, and prefer rollerblading than ball point. Both pens write excellent, but to me rollerblading is smoother. The engraving is excellent.

Very easy to order . Straight forward instructions enabling me to personalise my purchase. There are various types and style of pen to choose from. This particular pen is fairly heavy and solid to the touch. It is nice to write with and it looks stylish and well made. Delivery was very quick. Delivery Information

All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are despatched the same day (except on a bank holiday), even if your order has personalisation. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched next working day.

Christmas Delivery Dates: Order by 3pm on following dates to receive your package in time; Dec 19th for Standard & Premium Tracked, Dec 23rd for Special/Next Day.

UK: We use a Royal Mail tracked service. Standard delivery is free over £30 (£2.50 charge for orders under £30) and takes 2 to 5 working days, Premium is £3.50 and takes 1 to 2 working days. Next working day is £6.95 and is delivered by 4pm (requires a signature).

International: We deliver worldwide with a standard and express service. Please visit our international website

Returns Information

Please return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange/refund. Items purchased for Christmas can be returned up until Friday 23rd January. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item. Excellent pen. Writes like a charm, with an amazing feedback from the nib, its not scratchy in a bad sense but its doesn't glide like you are not touching the paper. So you get that beautiful sound and friction when writing. It doesn't post well. So if you buy it, don't buy it with the intention of posting. This pen writer better than the st dupont line d which is five times more expensive, as the nib is firmly secured and doesn't bang on the pen wall.

Disappointed – Didn’t Arrive in Time Despite Promised Delivery Window I ordered a graduation pen with 13 days to spare before the ceremony, and your site advertised delivery in up to 11 days. It’s now been 15 days and I still haven’t received it. The graduation was two days ago, and the pen didn’t make it in time. It’s incredibly disappointing and defeats the whole purpose of the gift. I would not buy from this company again.
