Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information

All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are despatched the same day (except on a bank holiday), even if your order has personalisation. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched next working day.

UK: We use a Royal Mail tracked service. Standard delivery is free over £30 (£2.50 charge for orders under £30) and takes 2 to 5 working days, Premium is £3.50 and takes 1 to 2 working days. Next working day is £6.95 and is delivered by 4pm (requires a signature).

International: We deliver worldwide with a standard and express service. Please visit our international website

Returns Information

Please return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange/refund. Items purchased for Christmas can be returned up until Friday 23rd January. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item. Call 0208 731 8610 or email info@penheaven.co.uk. If a faulty or incorrect item is returned, we will refund your postage up to the cost of 1st class recorded Royal Mail. Good range of colours. Unlike many other cartridges, it doesn’t take long to have ink flowing into the nib - I’ve never had to insert/twist/insert etc umpteen times, or had to squeeze the cartridge to encourage flow.

The purple Kewco ink cartridges came in good condition and have performed as promised. Would recommend if you're looking for a great ink to accompany your Kaweco fountain pen.

I picked up three of these in different colors as they are the only kind of cartridges that fit the Kaweco Sport anymore, the ink is as I have been use to from the original six pack that came with the pen, I just wish they had a ink that did not feather as much. I will be using the converter from time to time to use my "Hero" pot ink as it tend to keep to a nice ultra thin line.

This ink has been used in multiple pens by me. It worked nicely, I'm satisfied, and the ink color was nice. It's reasonably priced as well.

I brought both black ink and royal blue ink too. Both ink's flow really well on to the paper. The ink's are highly recommended

The pen was a present for a friend so being able to send some ink in a nice little package was just what was needed. I didn't want my friend running out of ink too soon and also the cartridge with the pen was blue which is not as popular as black.

Great customer service, these ink cartridges are a great colour, not sure long term as to how they will be for fading, however, for me at present they are good value for money.
