Hi,
Wasn't sure if you were aware but they use a specialist ink for weddings, Church entries, births, deaths and marriages. The ink does not fade and lasts many hundreds of years. So any bride and groom would need to confirm with their Vicar if they could use the pen for the register etc.. The ink would need to be provided by the church.

  It's called Archival ink and resists fading so is used on official documents. We have this available through our website and would recommend Cross bottled ink (https://www.penheaven.co.uk/cross-fountain-pen-bottled-ink). Some churches and registrars will insist on using their ink or pen even.
  However some brides and grooms still like to have something a bit more fancy which they can pose with in photos if they aren't allowed to use their own pen.
