Pen Heaven has teamed up with the National Literacy Trust for its Words for Life campaign to launch an exciting children's writing competition. There is £500 worth of fantastic pens and prizes to give away and to be in with a chance, your child simply has to enter our 'Pen a Story' competition:

• The winner will receive a superb Lamy Studio Fountain Pen engraved with their name plus a large Da Vinci Leather Journal 
• 10 runners up will win a selection of 4 Online Pens
• The winner will also have their story published on https://wordsforlife.org.uk, the Pen Heaven blog and will also be featured in First News newspaper
• All children have to do is complete a story in 500 words or less using the following introduction, penned by children's author Tom Palmer:
