I purchased a Parker IM rollerball pen from Pen Heaven and am delighted withit. The only slight downside is that the pen was heavier than I thought it would be but it fely very comfortable to hold so that is not a problem. The rollerball is not scratchy or intermittant. It writes smoothly and produces a neat looking document. It also doesn't dry up if you leave the top off. Great pen. will consider another one as a gift to someone in the future. 20th Feb, 2012

Bought this as a birthday/starting university present for a friend. Had it engraved with his initials and he loved it. The pen was good quality - and the colour (Gun Metal) made a nice change.
