Bought this for my nephews 40th birthday. He really liked it and appreciated the engraving I had done. I was slightly disappointed, as being that the pen is light coloured the engraving did not stand out as much as I would have liked, but it can be seen. Did have to hunt for the cartridge though (I put a note inside the box before I wrapped it). Good quality pen at a very reasonable price. 21st Nov, 2011

I ordered this as a present for my boyfriend and although I haven't given it yet I'm really happy with the product. Delivery was very quick and the pen and engraving is excellent quality. Only thing...which may just have been me, I didnt realise it didnt come with the ink so had to order this seperately!

Staff note 15/11/2011 - the refill does come with this pen; if you open up the packaging inside the box you will find it underneath. We do not ship the pen with the refill inside it as it would start to dry out.

The pen arrived within 72 hours even though I had only selected the free delivery. I was really pleased with the pen, particularly the engraving. The pen was a little larger in width than I had imagined but thats probably my fault. The box it arrived in looked good and ideal as this was bought as a gift.
