This was my first rollerball pen and I'm absolutely loving it, easy to write with (although the ink takes a bit getting used to from a usual ballpoint user). The service was great when I called, and the shipping was quick. The only thing that could have gone better was my local delivery company that isnt very attentious.

3 stars Great Pen but with Inherent Fault Written by Ian Buchan
This is the third of these that I've bought from Pen Heaven - it's a great pen. However, the first one I had split the lining of the cap after 6-7 mths so that it no longer closed with any surety. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and bought another one for it to do the same within a few weeks. Disappointing and probably puts me off taking a chance on another! 21st Feb, 2012
