Product delivered incredibly quickly, and in plenty of time for a birthday present. The pen set is lovely and well presented, but the engraving is very small and faint so a bit difficult to read. This set was bought to be taken to school so hoped the engraving would be larger Very happy with the set it set, and the very fast and efficient service 3rd Sep, 2011
