The pen was bought as a retirement gift for our sales director. If it had not been needed that week i would have sent it back. The pen itself was very smart but the handling at your end i presume to engrave it had left faint but noticable scratches on the barrel. The service however was quick and efficient. I am sure if i had had the time you would have rectified the problem for me. 4th Jan, 2012
