I purchased 25 of the Coles Chrome Rollerball Pens. The quality is excellent and the engraving was done most professionally. The pens were very good value and support a flowing writing stylem the most amazing thing for me about Penheaven was the fact that the 25 pens - engraved were turned around within 24 hours!!! Although I bought on line - did speak to the help line. The staff member in queation was quite simply brilliant and a cedit to her company. All in all an extremely pleasant and gratifying experience

The pen I purchased was a anniversary gift, its beautifully engraved as requested, well presented & the response & delivery time was really quick. Its not been given to the recepient as the anniversary is in a couple of weeks time but I can say in advance that the style, workmanship & presentation of the pen will be much appreciated. The staff also should receive a mention, a gentleman named Greg who replied to my query explaining that I had entered a digit in my email address that was not valid, so thanks to him.
