I purchased this pen for my daughters final year at Uni- altho this site was recommended to me very near Xmas i still gave it a hope. Two days after purchasing it- i e-mailed the site to see if they could verify if i'd get it before Xmas. The next day i recieved an e-mail to say that it had been dispatched and they hoped that the postal service would get it to me in time. It did. And i was extremely pleased with it. The only slight critisim i found, was that the engraving wasn't as predominent as i'd have liked. But saying that... I did order a silver pen, and engravings can often not be as pronounced as they are on a darker colour. But i was still absolutely delighted with it. The pen was MORE quaulity than i'd expected, and i'd definately recommend, and use this site in future. 31st Dec, 2011

I ordered this pen... Merely days before Christmas, had it inscribed for my daughter. The pen was beautiful, the weight of it was lovely- friends couldn't believe how lovely it was! Nervous as i was that it wouldn't arrive before Christmas... I E-mailed the service... They replied instantly telling me that they'd mailed it off that day. I recieved it 2 days later. They were great. I had an insciption engraved on it- the only complaint that i have is that the inscription wasn't predominent enough... But saying that.... It was inscribed on silver- which is always difficult to read at times.... Overall.... Fabulous pen- great inscription... And the respect from the company was immense. I recommend this company. The pen itself was great- more than i thought. If i'd known of this service before.... I'd have shopped here years ago.. Shall certainly use and advocate this site to everyone... 31st Dec, 2011

I have previously used this website for another product so i thought i would get my mum something as well as the journal. When i saw this pen i thought it would be good for her as its very feminine and she likes pearls. I also got it engraved for her so people know its hers and she hopefully wont loose it. Engravey is perfect as well as the pen. The delivery came on time and with the journal so i didnt have to wait any time for either to come. 26th Nov, 2011
